My warranty is up on my house but no one never fix the issue before my warranty was up.Im lot 83 in old jonesboro landing. I have email this company warranty department several times with only one respond. I have a warranty on my home for a year that's now up. I email them to come fix the nail pops and painting in my home. They email me back saying they would deal with that issue in the 11month. So I email them at the 11month month several times with no response to fix the issue.

We just moved into this newly built house in February and have had several issues already. The first guy he sent to fix the floors did absolutely nothing! The second guy cut out cut out pieces and tried to patch it with boards which left some small gaps in the floor boards and eventually did not resolve the squeaking. The 3rd set of guys that came in tried to fix the issue by putting nails along the edges of the floorboards. He siad he would having to get his boss involved at this point which I agreed to because no one wants to purchase a brand new home with squeaking floors. He was supposed to come by and look at the floors again, but he has not and I haven't heard from him since.

Since, I went under binding and was set for design appointment I have since been told that the gray floors were not available and they didn't have a comparable option. The only option that they had to choose from was brown. They didn't even have an option to pay for gray floors.
I also have a leak coming from the roof into my master bathroom. Stephen Elliott is being non responsive now that they have my money. We just want the issue resolved in a professional manner. We've tried to go through warranty and speak with the builder, but the issue is still unresolved. I went under contract for the Wendell property with Stephen Elliott Homes and prior to going under contract I spoke with Thandi specifically about the gray floors in the floorplan located in Ellenwood. Not only were gray floors in Ellenwood but also in model home in Covington.
